New year with a new idenity



Officially, I am married on 9th January 2017. 
The day I have been waiting for since we started dating. 
I take our relationship very seriously since the start. Years went by and he remains the constant in my life and he will be that constant forever now. 
As a perfectionist myself, I refrain myself from visioning my perfect day and I think this helped me to not feel frustrated very well. 

I have to pencil it down here. I am so very glad that our dads are our witnesses. My family are with me and his parents' blessings for our marriage. Everything is perfect and I couldn't have ask for more. I realize I do not need much to be happy or content. 

Life is looking so bright to me in 2017. With new identity and new responsibility, I want this year to be fresh with new challenges and experiences. 

Cheers to my first year of being a wife.

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am.
