Products review: Eyeliner

This is a post about my favourite eyeliner brands. FYI, I have combined skin type (oily + dry + sensitive), so a good water and oil resistant eyeliner is a must for me.

I have tried a few brands that cost at the range that I feel comfortable with, I don't really buy high end products, so the eyeliners are available from drug stores (Watson), easy to get! The brands I'm sharing here are Maybelline and KATE. My ultimate favourites.

KATE slim gel pencil is a bit on a pricey side comparing to Maybelline, it's around RM40++. It's really creamy and easy to apply. It stays, but it might smudge a little by the end of the day (maybe it's the creaminess that causes it to smudge? I wonder).  One downside about it is that it is not a retractable pencil, so it means you can only get it out and not getting it back in. 

Maybelline Masterliners is easy to apply even though it is less creamy than the KATE ones but it stays all day long and Yeah! It is retractable! It costs less than RM20.

Maybelline Hyper Sharp Liner is a liquid eyeliner. It is thin so makes it easy to control and apply. However it smudges very easily, but liquid eyeliner is less messy when it smudged comparing it with the gel pencil. It costs only RM20.

So these eyeliners are my favourite. I don't mind trying out other drug store brands and slowly move up to more expensive brands and see what differences they make. I love eyeliners because it makes my eyes look big and sexay like this....
