After my final paper, I went to watch World War Z alone and met up with my girl Nouv and her sister Nat for lunch. Then, while waiting for them, I went to buy some my so-called necessities. T.T 
Always fail to resist SALE. Thank God still, I did buy something that I have finished using mine, the Maybelline lip balm and  cover stick. Then I think, well, I studied hard for my final, should reward myself a little bit, so end up buying the Cover Girl nail polish, never bought both these color before,so I just want to give them a try. 
*Bonus: Purple nail polish is to match it with my purple G-Shock watch. :D
Another thing I was sinking in recently was planning or figuring out what kind of wedding dress I want on my wedding day. (I know I am still young, but dreaming is my favourite thing to do during my spare time.)
Then I came across with these dresses on the popular page of Instagram, at that moment, my jaw dropped, they just so lovely, aren't they? 
These dresses just represent my ideal long version of wedding dress. I am not a fan of 'showing off some skin' type of girl, just like my Cinderella *dreaming again.

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am.
