Day 19: Working out
People always say I'm a S size person. I was a S ; but now I'm definitely a M person. I was soo skinny and I hardly even remember how small my body size was, but I do remember my lightest weight was 40kgs which happened after I broke up with my ex bf. I hardly eat, one day one meal only. Sometimes even one meal last me one and a half day. Yes, I was insane.
Now, I hardly mantain at 45kgs, which is kinda frustrating me. So, in order to make the best out of my current weight which is 47kgs, I try to eat my dinner early or try to have very light dinner. Also, I've finally decided to get my work out routine back to work.
I went to the gym last year, and I suppose that time my body was the fittest in my entire 22 years. Due to some reasons, I stopped going and it also means I'm losing my shape! Nooo..
I was forced to start my work out routine because I've volunteered myself to represent my cell group to take part in a coming church reach out event, called the Running Men/Man. Frankly speaking I have not yet even watched an episode of the show. And only found out this game requires good stamina as it involves a lot of running after I excitingly volunteered. Oh noo... and worse I'm out of shape!
Watching YouTube work out videos seem so easy but when you get your hands dirty, it almost 'killed' me. I can hardly breath for goodness sake! What have I put myself into...T.T well, in order not to "lose face"; Louisa you got to put yourself into one healthy and fit shape again by next Saturday!
I'll start running again, probably tmr.
