Attitude matters

Attitudes change most of the situations.
Whether you will learn something out from any situation or lessons depends on what kind of attitude you carry.
It seems easy, but it actually it's very very difficult. Especially when having the right attitude to someone you are not fond of or younger one or less educated one or etc.

For me, I'm a stubborn person. Most of the time I think my solution is the best one when I'm dealing with certain people. I'm impatient too. This totally makes everything worse. But almost every time I will feel regretful of what I've did or said when I get back to my 'cave'.

This is the lesson I've to continue learning if I truly want to be a better person.

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am.
