The cruel truth

Truth sets people free, yeah. And sometimes it is so cruel, yet it has to be followed in order to set us free.

The cruel truth is that, I can't have a best guy buddy anymore. My best guy buddy is my one and only Ney. Thank God that we both share the same interest! We both crazy about sports. I really glad to know that!

I am very blessed by having great leaders in my life, in different seasons of my life. They are timely help and voice from God. I want to give credit to my current leader Andrew Lau, he really is a God sent help. Seriously without him being there for me, I have no idea how to get out from the black hole of my guilt and wrong decisions.

The greatest happiness is that you know God is really good and He remembers no more of our sin once we confess in Jesus's name.

Thank you Jesus. This life will not be the same after today. I will set my priorities right and set my boundaries. I love you!!

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
