Moving forward

Life is always moving forward whether you like it or not. Change is the only constant, if you cannot adapt and change with the situation, you are going to fall behind and problems are going to continue stacking up till you totally burned up.
I just solved one of my current problems that I didn't solve it directly for almost a month, I feel good after I faced it, I just have to start to move on with my life.

So, I have my own Japanese study group now. I don wan to go back with my previous study partner so I found new partners. They are a bunch of loving girl friends. and I fall in love with couple of YouTube channels, the wongfu production and nigahiga. Everytime I watch their videos, I LOL..  they are so authentic and funny. and accidentally I fall in love with Jay Park! OMG!! He is such a cutie, bad boy-ish, cool...& HOT!

below is the pictures I took today! what a night meeting up with the church leaders, great people to hang out with! Saw some vintage stuffs too, love those purple wedges! n tht dress.. look so freaking awesome!! so it gonna cost a bomb to look freaking awesome, the price is $550. *poker face:-[

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
