A 40 days journey

Have been challenged by my CG leader to finish this book called The Purpose Driven Life by Ps Rick Warren. I wanted to study this book for very long but never have a chance to get myself one, but my CG leader got everyone of us one so that we can grow deeper in love with God by knowing my purpose on earth.

It is a wonderful journey so far, I realize many things that I did not know about previously,

I see God in a different way, I feel happier and satisfied everyday because I have a clearer life direction.

It is hard to believe but sometimes, something you just have to experience it to understand it.

Life has been up and down in September, and because of all the events that had happened, time flies faster than I  can keep track on. Still, I will keep my heart still and firm in Him.
Total freedom, and peace can only be found by surrendering 100% of my life to Him.
Which means, tests will be given, inconvenient, unpopular, costly... and more difficulties and troubles are coming on their way, but through Christ I can win the race.

Thank you Father for another wonderful day. 
Thank you for your protection in these crazy days.

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. girls, I am sure you all can understand what I feel. Chinese has yellowish skin tone, and we are easily tanned by the sun. We all don't want to have wrinkles right? Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia.
