Me as theEnvironmentalist



I'm taking Environmental issue in Business (EIB) unit in this semester, and this remind me of being a GREEN consumer before it is too late.

This trend has been so popular around the world, Mostly in the developed countries, and since I am currently studying in one of them, I have been taught and trained to be more green compare to the time I was in Malaysia, the develop-ing country.
I always have this heart for the environment because I LOVE them, the green views, blue views, the fresh air, the nature songs singing to you when you just sitting there Praising God's creations. That is wonderful.
I wish to contribute some efforts for these wonderful-fading-sceneries. So, I went to Youtube as usual and saw the logo and I clicked on it, it lead me to the WWF Youtube Channel. Something interesting attracts me to keep looking.
The I WILL IF YOU WILL.
Its people who challenge the viewer to do something for the Earth so they will do something in return for that.
I think this is cool, cause it pushes people to do something that they have not do it before, and I am sure it is fun  when you see people do what they have promised. This is the link to the Youtube channel. WWF Youtube Check it out.


I accepted the challenge of "If 5000 people committed to recycling in 2012," the guy will wear the clothes his daughter chose for him for a week. >.< I cant wait to see that!!

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
