Hey, peeps.
Is random, but I wan to share Today with you all, because I think I am heading to where I want myself to be at.
Its 3rd week of the semester, and assignments are flowing in.
3 events are shaping me:
1) I have a group presentation on this Friday.
My group-mates are another 2 aussies girls.
Yea, its so intimidating and nervous for me, since I am not good in English speaking, plus, they are not so friendly also.
Definition of not so friendly: when they talk, they pretend you are the air, sitting besides. they agreed something without asking your permission as a group member. At least you speak out when they are out of ideas.
How 'awesome' is that? This is seriously testing my patience and 'helping' me to speak out (when they are quite of course).

At first, I felt so defeated and losing my confidence. BUT instead of feeling down, I change my perspectives! I look it as a challenge and God is giving chances to grow my maturity! TaDa, Aha, I think my attitude towards this event is a 'higher' level, like I am slowly heading to becoming a SAINT! ( ^('-')^ )

2) I have changed my classes for a particular unit, went to 3 different classes, and this is so confusing for my ultimate lecturer, of course is a bit frustrating for her.
When! The previous lecturer has given you the wrong discussion question when you have submitted to turnitin. Darn! was My first thought.
But later on, I quickly informed my lecturer and sorted out the turnitin registration, and email my previous class lecturer. TaDa! I SETTLED the problems! the complicated problem...

3) I do not know what to write in my reflective essay which is due on this Friday, LIKE 0 clue! So, I quickly text my team-mate(another group presentation team) asking for help! Thank God that she replied me! and is willing to email me all the details! TaDa! Another problem solved!


I am a Happy girl
It feels awesome, when you have every problem solves, it does take times to develop this skill.
I did not become so positive overnight, it took a year for me to grow.
Friends are important, this is a so TRUTH.

Mix yourself with Christian friends, and you will find yourself encouraged and "positify". Or just with the same religion friends. Having friends who have the same ultimate goals in life as you, are worth of your time and money.
Like what the Senior Pastor from SIB church in KL said, use our wealth to make friends, ETERNAL friends.


Cheers people, take challenges with courage. Life is too short to be scare all the time.

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
