End of Summer


I HEART PERTH....
Summer holidays end in a week time, I havta put this emotion back to my mind and heart, tho it is so hard.
These photos were took after the motivation talk I gave back in my high school.
They are seriously a bunch of students that I have expected, and I think I did not give my best, but!
One of them, a boy, who came to me after that, he is a youth from my hometown church,
he still remembers me, Great! I gave him a ride back home, and answered as much of his questions as I could,
sometimes is just that one person that can make you feel you have helped someone,
One is enough for me, one soul at a time, its what I have done, in my summer hols.

I miss the busy life in uni, I am seriously need to get back to the student life,
Have checked on my 2nd year, 1st semester, units outline,
what else can I say? They are "AWESOME", and challenging.
I want to stay positive for this year, because I have been so slack and de-motivated the whole 2011.
This is aint good!! Wasted a year of emoing?
alright, lets get back to my title.
I did quite a lot of Different things in this hols,
Seriously, DIFFERENT thingS.
1. Went to KL 3 times in a month.
2. Worked as a Nail Art assistant, which means WASH FEET.

3. Went to help up my bf's mum at the church in a fish village.
4. Went to bf's cousin sister's wedding.

5. Went to hospital to see the bf's niece 1st birthday, which also means her deliverance.

6. Having a head of black head, I never have black hair,(Note: it always look brownish since I was born).
7. Ate worms!

It can just go on and on, but these are the things that I remember the most. :)
SO, the story of summer ends here. Hell yea, its so fast, and I cant wait for my Winter holidays already! Argh...

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
