Practical shopping

Since I shared some tips for shopping, these are the stuffs I have bought in November and some are from few months ago.
Left to right : Forever 21 blouse, red dress and flowery blue dress and the light blue jeans dress from Jay Jays. Forever 21s I bought them through online, and Jay Jays is from Harbour town, the factory outlet which means CHEAP too.
W7 is a Uk brand, but it's very cheap. Same to its quality, I think the quality is bad, I still prefer Maybelline's mascara.

Fake lashes glue, is dark one, it surprise me, I thought it was white glue, but came out it was black.

Fake lashes, also my 1st try out, I don really know how to wear it too. Haha, so I bought the discounted one, from $10 to $4.
Hair spray for split ends, I don think it really works, because my ends are far from recovery, but prevent is better than cure, I will start to love my hair more next time!
This is L'oreal Elvive anti-breaking hair mask/masque. It's functions are like the conditioner, make it smoother.
L'Oreal Paris Elvive Anti-Breaking hair conditioner, like the spray, it does not really work. But it does make my hair easier to comb and softer, like other conditioner does I suppose. Haha.
Bought these 2 set of pins Flowery one is from Forever 21 (online shop) and the Gold straight pins are from Lovisa (Local brand, discounted). I love fashion and I get them when they are cheaper.
Be Yourself is also a local brand of cosmetic. It's a contour blush.
Devil in Disguise from BYS, it matches the lip liner very well! but haven't try it for any public events.
BYS Kohl White liner pencil. I tried it for my birthday dinner, it was good. I cried, and it does not smudged at all. This is a good one. Can check it in this link:http://glossaccessories.com.au/BEAUTY/Products/Eyes.aspx
It is cheap and good in quality.


My 1st try out of lip liner pencil, I haven't try it out in public yet, cause I am not really use to put lipstick on and hang out. Will let you guys know the quality after I tried.

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
