F.R.E.E


People! My final exam for 1st semester is officially done!! yeahppi!!! I am gonna miss my tutors and my lectures!! They are a bunch of awesome educators, maybe some of you may not agree, but they are awesome enough when I compare them to my previous teachers back in my country.. (Sorry, no offended to anyone, is personal opinion)

Went to shop straight after the exam, it sounds crazy but fun. Tho I shopped alone, but I felt much more comfortable than having people waiting for me when I am looking for the thing I want. hee... Gonna brush up my make up skills before going back, wanna give someone surprise. I cant wait to go back and buy new shoes and clothes, I miss those time wearing my dresses and skirts and heels! lastly, my shorts!! Is winter now, and no one is dare or tough enough to wear shorts to uni, cause is just way too windy to wear that.

By the way, friends. I am packing up my stuff, I am moving out to my new accommodation. Going to stay with Suvina. Should be more fun than staying here, but have to catch bus to uni everyday. That's the only trouble that I found out for now. Pray for the best, is should be okay since I have friend staying with me already.. hmm.. no worries for now!

Being separated

Ney went to Hong Kong for business trip from today onwards for a week. I have forgotten how hard it is to be separated again. I thought I have overcame this separation anxiety from the past practices, but apparently I am wrong, so very wrong. Short Getaway to Batam, Indonesia

Every trip that we had, is always a much needed break from work. I don't know how people could work without without taking leave. I strongly believe taking breaks are healthy for all working adults. For it to be staying at home or going out of town for a good meal. It keeps you sane and help putting life into perspective. It allows you to think that work is necessary but what's more than life has to offer besides career. On our breaks, we get to just chill and talk about things.  This is our first time visiting Batam, Indonesia. It is a very popular short getaway place for Singaporeans because it is so near!  So popular that everything is expensive (in hotels), but it is still very cheap in the city.  We stayed at the Turi Beach Resort ( http://www.agoda.com/en-sg/turi-beach-resort/hotel/batam-island-id.html ), and I think it is a really good choice.  Selfie before departure, so happy that we are sitting here rather than in front of work desk! ...

When it happens and after that

I've stepped into my 6th week of post-surgery, I'm feeling much better now. I look perfectly fine from the outside (as usual) with some help from cosmetics. Let's talk about the week when my operation was conducted. This experience is something I want to remember. It is the biggest surgery our family had to go through together. It wasn't an easy experience, so many decisions had to be made in a short period of time. My problem happens on the mitral valve, it wasn't closing as it should have because of the previous vegetation had loosen it and had left a hole unto the valve. This had caused the oxidized blood to leak back to the heart. If left untreated, I would have a heart failure.   So, my surgery was arranged on the 13th of November, 7 am. I was the first case for the surgeon, Dr Pau. I couldn't sleep well the night before, my thought was I will be sleeping the whole day the next day, what is sleep now.
